Account and responsibility
Use accounts and rooms respectfully. Do not send abuse, fraud or content that violates others’ rights. Administration permissions depend on roles. Rooms or accounts may face administrative action when platform rules are violated.
Wallets and subscriptions
Review the recipient, price, duration and renewal before confirmation. Room subscriptions depend on the product conditions and primary owner. A message or screenshot is not proof of a transfer; check the confirmed wallet history.
Room support
Support requires an approved eligible room with a registered primary owner, persistence and 30 days of age, or an audited exceptional activation. Confirmed gifts allocate 60% to owner earnings and 40% to the platform. Earnings do not promise immediate cash payment; settlements follow approved conditions and procedures.
